Maná () is a Mexican pop rock band formed in 1981. Originally called Sombrero Verde, the current lineup of members is vocalist-guitarist Fher Olvera, drummer Alex González (musician), Alex González, guitarist Sergio Vallín and bassist Juan Calleros. The band is considered one of the best-selling Latin Mexican music artists and the most successful Latin American band of all time with over 45 million records sold worldwide. Maná has earned four Grammy Awards, eight Latin Grammy Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards Latin America, six Premios Juventud awards, 19 Billboard Latin Music Awards and 15 Premios Lo Nuestro awards. The album, which was released on August 22, 2006, became the band's first release in four years. ''Revolución de Amor'' (''Revolution of Love'') is the sixth and sixteenth overall studio album by Mexican rock band Maná, released by WEA Latina on August 20, 2002. Allmusic considers it one of their strongest and most consistent albums. Critics of the band deride it for being too slick and polished, with an "arena rock" aura, but others consider it to have some of their strongest writing. The album gave Maná their fourth Grammy. The songs have various influences; from Mexican elements on " Mariposa Traicionera" to a salsa-influenced groove on "No Voy A Ser Tu Esclavo" and "Sabanas Frías." ''Cuando Los Ángeles Lloran'' (English: ''When the Angels Cry'') is the eighth album and fourth studio album by Mexican rock band Maná. It was the first album to feature their new guitarist Sergio Vallín replacing Ulises Calleros & César "Vampiro" López. As of 1996, it has sold over 1.5 million copies. The album, which marked a clear evolution in Maná's compositions, was recorded between Los Angeles and Puerto Vallarta throughout 1994, although its release was postponed to 1995. The Lo Nuestro Awards or Premios Lo Nuestro ( Spanish for "Ours") is a Spanish-language awards show honoring the best of Latin music, presented by TelevisaUnivision, and is carried by its Univision network in association with its related radio stations known as the Uforia Audio Network. The artist with the most Premios Lo Nuestro awards is Puerto Rican singer Olga Tañón. The awards ceremony features famous Latino actors, musicians and show business personalities.
