GFriend
GFriend (stylized in all caps; ) is a South Korean girl group formed by Source Music in 2015. The group consists of six members: Kim So-won, Sowon, Yerin (entertainer), Yerin, Eunha (singer), Eunha, Yuju (singer), Yuju, SinB, and Umji. They debuted with the extended play (EP) ''Season of Glass (EP), Season of Glass'' on January 15, 2015, and won several female rookie awards, garnering momentum early on despite being from a small company. GFriend continued their commercial success in the next year with their third EP, Snowflake (EP), ''Snowflake'', whose lead single "Rough (song), Rough" won first place on numerous music shows. They released their first studio album, ''LOL (GFriend album), LOL'', in 2016 as well. Yuju (singer)
Choi Yu-na (; born October 4, 1997), better known by her stage name Yuju (), is a South Korean singer-songwriter. She rose to fame in 2015 as a member of the South Korean girl group GFriend and became known for her vocals, having participated in various singing competitions. After GFriend's exclusive contract ended, Yuju debuted as a solo artist with the extended play (EP) ''Rec.'' in 2022 and took creative control over her works. ''Time for the Moon Night'' is the sixth extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group GFriend. It was released by Source Music on April 30, 2018, and distributed by kakao M (formerly LOEN Entertainment). Kim So-jeong (; born December 7, 1995), known professionally as Kim So-won (), is a South Korean actress and singer. She is best known as the leader of South Korean girl group GFriend. Early life and education Kim was born on December 7, 1995, in Gupabal-dong, Eunpyeong District, Seoul, South Korea. She graduated from Hanlim Multi Arts High School in 2014, majored in modeling. ''Season of Memories'' is the first single album by South Korean girl group GFriend. It was released on January 13, 2025, by Source Music. The album is a special project to celebrate the group's tenth anniversary, and is their first release since ''Walpurgis Night'' in 2020. Eunha (singer)
Jung Eun-bi (; born May 30, 1997), better known by her stage name Eunha (), is a South Korean singer. She is a vocalist in the girl groups GFriend and Viviz. Early life Eunha was born May 30, 1997, in Geumcheon District, Seoul, South Korea. She appeared in the 2007 television drama '' The Clinic for Married Couples: Love and War''. When she was seven years old, she was diagnosed with langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). She then took on treatment for the disease and had regular blood tests until she was in the sixth grade of primary school.
