Rustov
Rustov is a village and municipality in the Quba District of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 3,956. The municipality consists of the villages of Rustov, Pusteqasim, Kələbaq, Yekdar, Bad, Məçkə-Xacə, Cadarı, and Cındar. Quba Rayon
Quba District (; ) is one of the 66 Administrative divisions of Azerbaijan, districts of Azerbaijan. Located in the northeast of the country, it belongs to the Guba-Khachmaz Economic Region. The district borders the districts of Qusar District, Qusar, Qabala District, Qabala, Ismayilli District, Ismayilli, Shamakhi District, Shamakhi, Shabran District, Shabran, and Khachmaz District, Khachmaz. Its capital and largest city is Quba. As of 2020, the district had a population of 173,400.
