Cătălin Ionuț Cîrjan (; born 1 December 2002) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga I club Dinamo București. Club career Early career / Arsenal During his junior years, Cîrjan was part of the youth setup of lower league team Viitorul Domnești, before moving to Premier League club Arsenal in July 2019. Serious knee injuries during his time in London sidelined his development for over a year. On 24 May 2022 however, it was announced that Cîrjan had agreed to a new contract with Arsenal. Cătălin George Hîldan (3 February 1976 – 5 October 2000) was a Romanian professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Cătălin Hîldan first came into contact with sports at the age of eight at the rugby club Olimpia together with his older brother Cristian. Two years later, in the summer of 1986, he joined football club Dinamo București where he worked with coach Ionuț Chirilă, playing alongside Florentin Petre, Mihai Tararache and others. His first match for Dinamo was on 2 October 1994 when coach Ion Moldovan sent him on the field in the 39th minute to replace Sulejman Demollari in a Divizia A derby against Steaua București which ended with a 2–0 loss. Cătălin Grigore (born 6 October 1977) is a Romanian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper, currently goalkeeping coach at Liga I club Petrolul Ploiești. Club career He made his debut in the Divizia A at 19 for Chindia Târgovişte where he played until the 1999/2000 season. Cătălin Gheorghiță Golofca (born 21 April 1990) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a winger or an attacking midfielder for Liga III club Unirea Alba Iulia. Cătălin Drulă (; born 2 May 1981) is a Romanian politician who served as the president of the Save Romania Union (USR) political party, until his resignation in 2024 (officially since 10 July 2022 onwards and previously acting/ ad interim for 5 months before), and as an incumbent member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies, elected as a deputy for Timiș County at the 2020 Romanian legislative election.
