César Meza Colli
Cesar Daniel Meza Colli (born 5 October 1991) is a Paraguayan professional footballer who plays as a midfielder, most recently for Araz-Naxçıvan. Career Colli made his debut on 21 September 2011 for Cesena, against Lazio. On 5 January 2012, he left for Deportivo Alavés. On 2 August 2012 he was signed by A.C. Pavia in temporary deal for undisclosed fee, which deducted from the transfer fee of another player. On 3 September 2013, César and his brother David signed for Azerbaijan Premier League side Inter Baku in a one-year contract. Meza signed a new 1-year contract with Inter Baku in May 2014. After leaving Inter Baku in the summer of 2015, Colli signed a six-month contract with Inter Baku on 22 January 2016. Six-months later Colli signed a one-year contract with Zira FK. Shamakhi FK (, ) is an Azerbaijani professional football club based in Shamakhi, that currently competes in the Azerbaijan Premier League. The club has won the Premier League title twice. The Lega Italiano Calcio Professionistico (Italian for Professional Football Italian League), commonly known as Lega Pro (Pro League), is the governing body that runs the third tier of professional football competitions in Italy, the Serie C. It used several names in the past, including Lega Professionisti Serie C. It is a full member of European Leagues. History The league was created in 1959 as Lega Nazionale Semiprofessionisti by the FIGC Commissioner Bruno Zauli on the base of the old Lega IV Serie. The League managed three Serie C and six Serie D groups with 162 clubs. The league was intermediate between professionals and amateurs. 2012–13 Lega Pro Prima Divisione
The 2012–13 Lega Pro Prima Divisione season was the thirty-fifth football league season of Italian Lega Pro Prima Divisione since its establishment in 1978, and the fifth since the renaming from Serie C to Lega Pro. It was divided into two phases: the regular season, and the playoff phase. The league was also composed of 33 teams divided into two divisions of 17 and 16 teams respectively for group A and B. There was only one repechage from Lega Pro Seconda Divisione by Virtus Entella, because no other teams showed interest to submit the application for the high price of the guarantee and the repayable contribution required. Segunda División B (English: second division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. It was below the top two professional leagues, the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga) and the ''Segunda División'', and above the ''Tercera División''. The Segunda División B included the reserve teams of a number of La Liga and Segunda División teams. The 2012–13 Serie B (known as the Serie bwin for sponsorship reasons) is the 81st season since its establishment in 1929. A total of 22 teams will contest the league: 16 of which returning from the 2011–12 season, 4 of which promoted from Lega Pro Prima Divisione, and two relegated from Serie A.
