Luiz Gonzaga César Filho (born September 17, 1960), best known as César Filho, is a Brazilian journalist, TV host and former actor. Between 2015 and 2023, César presented the program ''Hoje em Dia'', on Record (TV network), Record. Currently, he is the presenter of the newscast ''SBT Brasil''. As a radio professional, in addition to Jovem Pan FM, César was presenter in the radios Rádio Bandeirantes, Bandeirantes, Record, Capital, Antena 1, América and 89 FM A Rádio Rock. Biography Born in the inland of the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo, César Filho moved to the São Paulo, capital of that state at the age of 9, together with his mother, Therezinha Sebbe César, and his two brothers, Reinaldo César (died in 2001) and Saulo de Tarso César. His father, Luiz Gonzaga César, was radio presenter in the city of Guaratinguetá. Guaratinguetá is a municipality in the state of São Paulo (state), São Paulo in Brazil. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte. The population is 122,505 (2020 est.) in an area of 752.64 km2. It is located in the region of Vale do Paraíba; prominent individuals from the area include Saint Frei Galvão, Brazilian President Francisco de Paula Rodrigues Alves, Rodrigues Alves and the cardiologist Euryclides de Jesus Zerbini, Dr Euryclides de Jesus Zerbini. The name of the city derives from the words in the Tupi language: ''gûyra'' (heron), ''tinga'' (white) and ''etá'' (wiktionary:many, many), resulting in ''Gûyrating'etá'' (meeting of white herons).
