Lauri Happonen, better known as Cyanide, is a Finnish retired professional ''League of Legends'' player who was most recently a substitute for Origen (esports), Origen of the EU LCS. He won the Season 1 World Championship as a member of Fnatic. Career Season 1 Becoming known in the high elo ladders during Season 1, Cyanide found himself playing in the jungler role for oSk Gaming and started playing on the team with now long time teammate, xPeke. In February 2011, the line up was picked up by myRevenge. The team placed first at IEM Season V - Hanover Invitational but two months after acquisition, Cyanide and the rest of the line up left myR to join Fnatic. The ''League of Legends'' EMEA Championship (LEC) is the professional ''League of Legends'' esports Sports league, league run by Riot Games in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region, in which ten teams compete. Each annual season is divided into three splits: Winter, Spring and Summer. At the end of the season, the top performing teams qualify for various international events: the First Stand Tournament by winning the Winter Split, the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) for the top two teams of the Spring Split, the League of Legends World Championship, ''League of Legends'' World Championship for the top three teams of Summer Split.
