Cy Neighbors
Cecil Flemon "Cy" Neighbors (September 23, 1880 – May 20, 1964) was a professional baseball outfielder. Playing career Neighbors had played for the minor league Toledo Mud Hens in 1905, and in 1907 he played for Burlington, leading the Iowa State League in hits and runs scored. His one appearance in the major leagues was with the 1908 Pittsburgh Pirates. He played left field, which was player-manager Fred Clarke Fred Clifford Clarke (October 3, 1872 – August 14, 1960) was an American Major League Baseball player from 1894 to and manager from 1897 to 1915. Outfielder
An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder.
