''Cuts'' is an American sitcom that aired on UPN from February 14, 2005, to May 11, 2006, and is a Spin-off (media), spinoff of another UPN series, ''One on One (American TV series), One on One''. The show was canceled when UPN and The WB networks merged to form The CW. Premise For years, the Barnes' family-run barber, barber shop was a place where guys could get a hairstyle, haircut while socializing and discussing anything. But when his older brother Flex sells the barber shop from underneath parable of the Prodigal Son, prodigal son Kevin Barnes (played by Houston), he finds himself co-managing the shop with the new owner's spoiled daughter Tiffany Sherwood (played by Elizabeth), a rich party girl who has never worked a day in her life. ''Cuts'' is collaborative studio album by the Japanese noise musician Merzbow, Hungarian drummer Balázs Pándi, and Swedish saxophonist Mats Gustafsson. It was recorded during a stop on the trio's East European tour in April 2012. The album was followed up in January 2015 by ''Live in Tabačka 13/04/12'', which was recorded live the day before ''Cuts'' in Slovakia. '' Cuts of Guilt, Cuts Deeper'', a studio album recorded with the addition of Thurston Moore, was released in March 2015. The album was recorded in several improvised sessions at Metropolis Studio in Budapest, Hungary. Masami Akita then edited and mixed it at his Munemihouse studio in Tokyo, he didn't change the structure much except for moving a sax part. Pándi mixed his drums in Budapest. The track titles come from Leif Elggren's book ''Something like seeing in the dark''. ''Cuts'' is an extended play (EP) by American hard rock band L.A. Guns. Recorded at Red Zone Studios in Burbank, California, it was self-produced by the band and released on December 2, 1992, by Polydor Records. The standard edition of the EP features five tracks, including three cover versions, one re-recording and one new song. The Japanese edition includes two additional cover versions. ''Cuts'' is the first L.A. Guns release to feature drummer Michael "Bones" Gershima. Background Released in December 1992, ''Cuts'' was issued in response to rumors that L.A. Guns were due to split up, with the news that the band would be recording a new studio album the following year. The Central University for Tibetan Studies (CUTS), formerly called the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies (CIHTS; ), is a Deemed University founded in Sarnath, Varanasi, India, in 1967. It is an autonomous university under India's Ministry of Culture. The CUTS was founded by Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru and the 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso with the aims of educating exiled Tibetan youths and other Himalayan border students, and re-translating original Indo-Buddhist Sanskrit texts, that in 1959 existed only in Tibetan, into Sanskrit, Hindi, and other modern Indian languages.
