	Currituck Co. Currituck Co. (short for Currituck County) is an indie folk project started in 2000 by Kevin Barker, who is also the former lead guitarist for Aden. Originally formed in Washington, D.C., Barker moved to New York City the following year, taking the project with him. Founded in 1993, the label was based in Bayonne, New Jersey and owned by Mike Simonetti. History The label started as an offshoot of a fanzine called "Wanna Communicate?", releasing 7" singles. 	TeenBeat Teen Beat is an American independent record label, originally based in Arlington, Virginia, now based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It was founded by Mark Robinson (of Unrest) in 1984 at Wakefield High School, along with Phil Krauth (of Unrest), Andrew Beaujon (of Eggs), Tim Moran (of Unrest), and Ian Zack (Thirsty Boys). Career Across her career Bree van Reyk has worked within classical, jazz, rock, and experimental music performances and groups.
