Csaba Szűcs
Csaba Szűcs (born 29 January 1965 in Kiskunfélegyháza, Bács-Kiskun) is a retired Hungarian athlete, who specialized in the long-distance running events. He represented his native Central European country at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, where he did not finish the race. He was the winner of the 1989 Italian Marathon and also won the Lille Marathon in 1993. He was selected for the Hungarian team at the 1990 European Athletics Championships The 15th European Athletics Championships were held from 26 August to 2 September 1990 in Split, Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia. Kiskunfélegyháza () is a city in Bács-Kiskun County, Hungary. Geography Kiskunfélegyháza is located in the middle of the Great Hungarian Plain, southeast from Budapest. M5 motorway, Highway 5, 451, Budapest–Cegléd–Szeged railway line and railway lines to Szolnok, Kiskunhalas and Szentes also cross the town. The surrounding country is covered with vineyards, fruit gardens, and tobacco and corn fields. Name ''Félegyháza'' means "half church" in Hungarian, while prefix ''Kiskun'' refers to the region Kiskunság ("Little Cumania").
