''Crying for Love'' (Danish: ''Dig og Mig'') is a Danish feature film. Written and directed by Christian E. Christiansen in 2008. It is based on the short film '' At Night'', which was nominated for an Oscar in 2008. Synopsis Three girls meet in hospital. Struggling to come to terms with their illnesses and the hand fate has dealt them, they look back on decisive moments in their lives. Their stories are different but the girls are brought together in their search for love and companionship. Louise Vesth (born 18 March 1973) is a Danish film producer . Her short film '' Om natten'' was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Short Film in 2008. Early life Louise Vesth graduated from the Aarhus School of Business with a bachelor's degree in economics in 1995 . The Bodil Awards are the major Denmark, Danish film awards given by the Danish Film Critics Association. The awards are presented annually at a ceremony in Copenhagen. Established in 1948, it is one of the oldest film awards in Europe.
