The Croatian Bocce Federation ( hr, Hrvatski boćarski savez, ''HBS'') is the governing body of the game of bocce in Croatia. The federation's president is Nediljko Rojnica. The HBS was founded in 1950. Developed into its present form in Italy, it is closely related to British bowls and French , with a common ancestry from ancient games played in the Roman Empire. Sport pertains to any form of competitive physical activity or game that aims to use, maintain, or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants and, in some cases, entertainment to spectators.
