Cristina Tessi (born 20 July 1972) is a former professional tennis player from Argentina. Biography Tessi, who comes from Ingeniero Maschwitz, began to play tennis at the age of three and as a child was taught by her father Atilio and brother Ricardo. Tennis career Excelling as a teenager, she topped the world rankings for juniors in 1988, which led to calls in the press that she would be the next Gabriela Sabatini. As a 15 year old she made the quarter-finals of the doubles in her debut WTA Tour tournament, the 1987 Argentine Open, partnering Florencia Labat. Tessi played in a Fed Cup tie for Argentina in 1988, against Greece in Melbourne, which they won 3–0, with Tessi and Mercedes Paz winning a dead rubber doubles match. Claudia Kohde-Kilsch
Claudia Kohde-Kilsch (''née'' Kohde; born 11 December 1963) is a former German tennis player and member of the Die Linke. During her tennis career, she won two women's doubles Grand Slam titles. She also won eight singles titles and a total of 25 doubles titles. Personal life Kohde-Kilsch was born Claudia Kohde in Saarbrücken, but added the hyphenated "-Kilsch" to her name which came from her adoptive father Jürgen Kilsch, an attorney. She has a younger sister, Katrin. She began playing tennis aged 5, and was soon a rising junior player. Kohde-Kilsch campaigned for Oskar Lafontaine of Die Linke at the 2012 Saarland state election. With the party winning over 16% of the vote, it was announced that as of 1 May 2012 she would become the new spokesperson for the Landtag parliamentary group. Larissa Schaerer (born 15 April 1975) is a former professional tennis player from Paraguay. Biography A right-handed player, Schaerer was born in Asuncion and began playing tennis aged eight. She was a member of the Paraguayan team that finished runner-up to Germany at the 1991 World Youth Cup, during which she was unbeaten in singles play. While still a junior, she started her Fed Cup career for Paraguay, first appearing at the age of 16, including in a World Group tie against the Soviet Union. Viktoria Mikhailovna Belinsky (née Milvidskaia, 20 April 1967) is a former professional tennis player from Russia. Her highest WTA rankings were 168 in singles and 145 in doubles.
