Crazy Quilt
Crazy-Quilt is the name of several characters in DC Comics. The first is an enemy of the Boy Commandos, while the second, Paul Dekker, is an enemy of Batman. Both are blind and use special helmets that enable them to regain their vision and generate rainbow energy beams. Dekker was blinded in battle with Robin (Dick Grayson) and thus has a personal vendetta against him. The second Crazy Quilt appears in '' Batman: The Brave and the Bold'', voiced by Jeffrey Tambor, and the ''DC Super Hero Girls'' franchise, voiced by Tom Kenny. Publication history The Earth-Two Crazy Quilt first appeared in '' Boy Commandos'' #15 (March 1946) and was created by Jack Kirby. The Paul Dekker incarnation of Crazy Quilt first appeared in '' Blackhawks'' #180 and was created by artist Dick Dillin and an uncredited writer. Boy Commandos
Boy Commandos is a fictional organization from DC Comics first appearing in ''Detective Comics'' #64 (June 1942) by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. They are a combination of "kid gang" characters, an international cast of young boys fighting Nazis — or in their own parlance, "the Ratzies". Creation Simon and Kirby were hired away from Timely Comics by DC towards the end of 1941, primarily due to their success on ''Captain America'', but without there being a clear purpose to the decision, nor title to work on.Ro, Ronin. Jason Todd
Jason Peter Todd is a character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. First appearing in ''Batman (comic book), Batman'' #357 in March 1983, he was created to succeed Dick Grayson as Robin (character), Robin, Batman's partner and sidekick. He initially shared a similar origin to Grayson, being the son of circus acrobats who are killed by criminals in Gotham (Dick's were killed by a local mob boss who sabotaged their trapeze while Jason's parents were killed by Killer Croc) and adopted by Bruce Wayne, Batman's alter ego, as his son and protege. Following the ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' event and the rebooting of DC's main comics universe, Jason's origin was changed to being a pre-teen street urchin and petty thief who Bruce adopted and mentored after finding the boy attempting to steal the tires off of the Batmobile.
