Craig Colquitt
Joseph Craig Colquitt (born June 9, 1954) is a former American football punter who spent eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Pittsburgh Steelers (1978–1981, 1983–1984) and Indianapolis Colts (1987). He was a member of two Super Bowl championship teams with the Steelers in 1978 and 1979. Colquitt's brother, Jimmy Colquitt, was a punter for the Seattle Seahawks in 1985. He is also the father of two current NFL punters, Dustin and Britton Colquitt. A punter (P) in gridiron football is a special teams player who receives the snap (gridiron football), snapped ball directly from the line of scrimmage and then Punt (gridiron football), punts (kicks) the football to the opposing team so as to limit any field position advantage. Dustin Farr Colquitt (born May 6, 1982) is an American football punter who is a free agent. He played college football at Tennessee and was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the third round of the 2005 NFL Draft. With the Chiefs, he won Super Bowl LIV over the San Francisco 49ers.
