Charter Oak is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Los Angeles County, California, approximately east of downtown Los Angeles. The population was 9,739 at the 2020 census, up from 9,310 at the 2010 census. Baldwin Park is a city located in the central San Gabriel Valley region of Los Angeles County, California, United States.
