Corrimal High School is a government-funded co-educational comprehensive secondary day school located in East Corrimal, a suburb of in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia. Established in 1951, the school enrolled approximately 320 students in 2018, from Year 7 to Year 12, including 17 percent who identified as Indigenous Australians and 20 percent who were from a language background other than English. The school is operated by the New South Wales Department of Education; and the principal is Paul Roger. History The school was established in 1951. In 2018, a fire destroyed the school's industrial arts building, which was rebuilt at a cost of $8 million as an industrial arts and technology building and reopened in 2022. Craig Young (rugby League)
Craig Young (born 25 June 1956) is an Australian former representative rugby league footballer for the Australia national rugby league team, the New South Wales Blues and a stalwart player over 11 seasons from 1977 to 1988 with the St. George Dragons in the NSWRL premiership competition. He played as a prop-forward. His nickname was "Albert" after his middle name and/or the cartoon character Fat Albert. The assistant bishops of Sydney are the assistant bishops in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney, Anglican Church of Australia, Australia. Reg Piper
Reginald John Piper (born 25 February 1942) was an assistant bishop in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney who served as the Bishop of Wollongong from 1993 to 2007. Piper was born in Goulburn and educated at Corrimal High School and at the Australian National University. After studying at Moore Theological College he was ordained in 1967. He had curacies at St Stephen's Willoughby (1966-69) and St Clement's Lalor Park (1969-72) before incumbencies at St Aidan's Hurstville Grove (1972-75), Christ Church, Kiama (1975-80) and Holy Trinity, Adelaide (1980-93) before his ordination to the episcopate.
