Corpas
Manuel Corpas (born December 3, 1982) is a Panamanian professional baseball field manager for the Monterey Amberjacks of the Pecos League. He was previously a pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Colorado Rockies and Chicago Cubs. Career Colorado Rockies From the town of Aguas Benditas-Chilibre, Panama, Corpas was signed by the Colorado Rockies at the age of 16 as an amateur free agent in 1999. He made his debut for the Rockies on July 18, 2006. Following the All-Star Break in 2007, Corpas filled in as closer for Brian Fuentes, who was demoted after taking four of eight losses during an 8-game losing skid. Corpas finished the year with a 4–2 win–loss record, a 2.08 earned run average, and 19 saves in 22 chances; he continued to serve as the Rockies' closer during the 2007 postseason. Huston Lowell Street ( ; born August 2, 1983) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played 13 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Oakland Athletics, Colorado Rockies, San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Angels. After a standout college baseball career for the Texas Longhorns, the Athletics drafted Street in the first round of the 2004 Major League Baseball draft, 2004 MLB draft. The Bakersfield Train Robbers are a professional baseball team based in Bakersfield, California. The team is a member of the Pecos League, an independent baseball league which is not affiliated with Major or Minor League Baseball. History Established for the 2013 season, the team played its home games at Rodriguez Park in Las Vegas, New Mexico. On December 19, 2012, Casey Dill was announced as the first manager in club history. After finishing in first place in the North Division with a 41–27 record, the Train Robbers lost in the championship series. Brian Fuentes
Brian Christopher Fuentes (; born August 9, 1975) is an American former professional baseball pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the Seattle Mariners, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Minnesota Twins, Oakland Athletics and St. Louis Cardinals. He bats and throws left-handed. In baseball and softball, a win–loss record (also referred to simply as a record) is a statistic that indicates the number of wins (denoted "W") and losses (denoted "L") credited to a pitcher. For example, a 20–10 win–loss record would represent 20 wins and 10 losses. In each game, one pitcher on the winning team is awarded a win (the "winning pitcher") and one pitcher on the losing team is given a loss (the "losing pitcher") in their respective statistics. The Algodoneros de Unión Laguna (English: Laguna Union Cottoneers) are a professional baseball team in the Mexican League (LMB). Based in Torreón, Coahuila, they play in the North Division of LMB. The Sugar Land Space Cowboys are a Minor League Baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros Major League Baseball club. The Atlantic League of Professional Baseball (ALPB) is a professional independent baseball league in the United States. It is an official MLB Partner League based in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States, and the headquarters are located at Penn Medicine Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The York Revolution is an American professional minor-league baseball team based in York, Pennsylvania. It is a member of the North Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, an independent "partner league" of Major League Baseball. The Revolution plays its home games at WellSpan Park, which opened in the surrounding Arch Street neighborhood in 2007.
