Copainalá
Copainalá is a town and one of the 119 Municipalities of Chiapas, in southern Mexico. It covers an area of 330.4 km². As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 21,050, up from 19,298 as of 2005. As of 2010, the town of Copainalá had a population of 6,550. Other than the town of Copainalá, the municipality had 174 localities, the largest of which (with 2010 populations in parentheses) were: Ángel Albino Corzo (Guadalupe) (1,469), and Benito Juárez (1,153), classified as rural. Chiapas Zoque
Chiapas Zoque is a dialect cluster of Zoquean languages indigenous to southern Mexico (Wichmann 1995). The three varieties with ISO codes, Francisco León (about 20,000 speakers in 1990), Copainalá (about 10,000), and Rayón (about 2,000), are named after the towns they are spoken in, though residents of Francisco León were relocated after their town was buried in the eruption of El Chichón Volcano in 1982. Municipalities Of Chiapas
Chiapas is a state in Southwest Mexico. According to the 2020 Mexican Census, it has the eighth largest population of all states with inhabitants and the 10th largest by land area spanning .
