Parliamentary Committee for the Security of the Republic (''Comitato Parlamentare per la Sicurezza della Repubblica'', COPASIR) is a body of the Italian Parliament deputed to survey and oversee the activities of the Italian intelligence agencies. The Five Star Movement ( , M5S) is a political party in Italy, led by Giuseppe Conte. It was launched on 4 October 2009 by Beppe Grillo, a political activist and comedian, and Gianroberto Casaleggio, a web strategist.
