The Copa Pachuca, sometimes referred to as La Cuna de Futbol is a short tournament in preparation for the Primera División de México. La Copa Pachuca is always held in C.F. Pachuca's stadium, which has been the Estadio Hidalgo. History Copa Pachuca has had XIX issues, and has become the most important tournament in the Mexican Football Preseason. The first edition of this tournament was played in August 1994, and since then this competition has served to reinforce its guests club's preseason. Notably, in the first edition of Copa Pachuca it managed to involve 3 so-called "big teams" of the Primera División de México Club America, Cruz Azul, and Club Universidad Nacional, Pumas; thus beginning the history and tradition of the most important Mexican preseason tournament. Club Puebla is a Mexican professional football club based in Puebla. It competes in Liga MX, the top division of Mexican football. Founded in 1944 as Puebla Fútbol Club, and then changed to its current name in 2016. Deportivo Saprissa is a Costa Rican sports club, mostly known for its football team. The club is based in San Juan de Tibás, San José, and play their home games at the Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Aymá. Their colours are burgundy and white. It is the main team representing the capital, but with the distinction of being massively followed throughout the whole country and overseas.
