Hot Space
''Hot Space'' is the tenth studio album by the British rock band Queen. It was released on 4 May 1982 by EMI Records in the United Kingdom and by Elektra Records in the United States. Marking a notable shift in direction from their earlier work, they employed many elements of disco, funk, R&B, dance, pop and new wave music on the album.Queen – Hot Space
''Stylus Magazine''. Retrieved 31 May 2011
Combined with the ongoing backlash against disco music, this made the album less popular with fans who preferred the traditional rock style they had come to associate with the band. Queen's decision to record a dance-oriented album germinated with the massive success of their 1980 hit "

''Cool Cat Saves the Kids'' is a 2015 American Independent film, independent family film. It was the feature-length directorial debut of Derek Savage, who was also the film's writer and producer. It is based on Savage's ''Cool Cat'' children's book series. The film is an anti-bullying movie aimed at children featuring Vivica A. Fox and Erik Estrada, as well as Savage himself and other lesser-known actors. Part of the film was funded through Kickstarter. The film was near-universally panned by Internet reviewers. In the film, Cool Cat, an anthropomorphic cat, teaches children about topics such as how to deal with bullying and gun safety. The film uses footage from three ''Cool Cat'' shorts Savage had previously created: ''Cool Cat Stops Bullying'', ''Cool Cat in the Hollywood Christmas Parade'' and ''Cool Cat Finds a Gun''. Reception A reviewer in ''The Seattle Times'' of ''Cool Cat'' wrote "Hogrogian’s art can seem deceptively simple, but she is a picture-book master who knows how to keep readers turning the pages.", and ''School Library Journal'' wrote "Both visually and conceptually, this is a gem.". Cool Cat (film)
''Cool Cat'' is a 1967 Warner Bros. ''Looney Tunes'' animated cartoon directed by Alex Lovy. The cartoon was released on October 14, 1967, and introduced the series' final star, Cool Cat. It marked a major change of direction for the then recently reformed Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Animation, as the first cartoon in a long time to introduce a new major character (virtually every Looney Tunes cartoon made in the previous three years had featured Daffy Duck versus Speedy Gonzales, or Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner). Cool Cat would go on to be the studio's most prolific character between then and the studio's final shutdown in 1969. It was also the first cartoon to feature the redesigned opening and closing titles with the "W7" logo, and a new version of the opening theme. Synopsis A big game hunter named Colonel Rimfire is visiting an African jungle in his robotic elephant, Ella, but bemoans the fact that he hasn't seen anything worth shooting since he arrived. Shortly afterwar ...

Cool Cat (Looney Tunes)
Cool Cat is a fictional cartoon character created by director Alex Lovy for Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Animation. He was the final star of the original Warner Bros. theatrical cartoons. His first appearance was in an eponymous short in 1967. He was voiced by Larry Storch. Robert McKimson took over as director for the last two cartoons in this series. In 1967, Jack L. Warner reorganized the Warner Bros. animation department, and hired Lovy away from Hanna-Barbera Productions to handle Warner's last two classic characters ( Daffy Duck, Speedy Gonzales) and create some new cartoon series. The two series that Lovy developed were Cool Cat and Merlin the Magic Mouse. Biography Cool Cat is a hip Bengal tiger (whose design was very similar to that of The Pink Panther and Snagglepuss) who wore a stylish green beret and scarf. Unlike most other Looney Tunes characters, Cool Cat was unapologetically a product of his time. He spoke in 1960s-style beatnik slang and acted much like a ster ...
