Conrad Dobler
Conrad Francis Dobler (''Pronounced:'' DOH-blur) (October 1, 1950 – February 13, 2023) was an American professional American football, football player who was a guard (gridiron football), guard for 10 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wyoming Cowboys football, Wyoming Cowboys and was selected in the fifth round of the 1972 NFL draft by the St. Louis Cardinals (NFL), St. Louis Cardinals, where he spent his first six seasons. He was later a member of the New Orleans Saints and Buffalo Bills for two seasons each. A three-time Pro Bowl selection during his Cardinals tenure, Dobler achieved notoriety for frequently utilizing unsportsmanlike tactics against opponents, which he openly acknowledged. The 1975 Pro Bowl was the NFL's 25th annual all-star game which featured the outstanding performers from the 1974 season. The game was played on Monday, January 20, 1975, at the Orange Bowl in Miami, Florida. The final score was NFC 17, AFC 10. James Harris of the Los Angeles Rams was named the game's Most Valuable Player. Attendance at the game was 26,484.
