The Concord Square (Polish language, Polish: ''Plac Zgody'') is an town square, urban square in Szczecin, Poland. It is located in the district of Śródmieście, Szczecin, Śródmieście, at the boundary of neighbourhoods of Centrum, Szczecin, Centrum and Śródmieście-Zachód, at the intersection of Wojska Polskiego Avenue, Szczecin, Wojska Polskiego Avenue, Księcia Bogusława X Street, Szczecin, Księcia Bogusława X Street, Bohaterów Getta Warszawskiego Street, and Bałuki Street. History It was constructed in the 1880s, and named in 1880, the Bismarck Square (German language, German: ''Bismarckplatz''; Polish language, Polish: ''Plac Bismarcka'') after Otto von Bismarck, a 19th-century statesman and diplomat, best knosn for his role in the Unification of Germany, of which he was the chancellor from 1871 to 1890. Szczecin ( , , ; ; ; or ) is the capital city, capital and largest city of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in northwestern Poland. Located near the Baltic Sea and the Poland-Germany border, German border, it is a major port, seaport, the largest city of northwestern Poland, and seventh-largest city of Poland. the population was 391,566. Szczecin is located on the Oder River, south of the Szczecin Lagoon and the Bay of Pomerania.
