Coming True
Coming True is a Swedish English language single by Daniel Lindström, winner of the Swedish version of Idol in its first season in 2004. He sang the winning song when he was declared winner on 26 November 2004. The single went straight to #1 on the Swedish Single Charts on 9 December 2004 and stayed at number for 7 weeks (9, 16, 23, 30 December 2004 and 6, 13 and 20 January 2005) making it both the Swedish Christmas and the New Year number one. The song is written by Jörgen Elofsson specifically for the Idol 2004 winner. Daniel Lindström
Daniel Lindström (born 30 January 1978) is a Swedish singer from Umeå who won the Swedish Idol 2004 contest against Darin Zanyar. His first single, " Coming True", sold double platinum, and his self-titled album, released in December 2004, topped the Swedish pop charts. The second album ''Nån slags verklighet'' (''Some kind of reality'') contains songs written in Swedish by the singer himself. His third album, ''D-Day'', was released in January 2009. For a time, he lived with his wife and child in Solna, Sweden. In October 2009, Lindström and other Idol contestants convened for a panel at CMJ in New York City, to discuss their experiences and the current state of music. Kjell Åke Jörgen Elofsson (born 14 January 1962) is a Swedish songwriter. He was one of the writers of the songwriter-team at Cheiron Studios in Stockholm (along with Denniz PoP, Max Martin, Kristian Lundin, Andreas Carlsson, Rami Yacoub, Per Magnusson, David Kreuger, Herbie Crichlow, Jake Schulze, Alexander Kronlund and Alexandra Talomaa) where he made successful songs such as Britney Spears' " Sometimes" and " (You Drive Me) Crazy".
