''Come Home'' is the first studio album by the contemporary Christian music band Luminate, and was released by the label Sparrow Records on January 25, 2011. The album was nominated for the Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year at the 43rd GMA Dove Awards. Critical reception AllMusic's Jared Johnson said "together with a powerful rhythm section, Hancock and Clark prove they are the real thing by connecting with listeners who resonate with the struggles and prodigal cries invested in the lyrics. You get the feeling these guys know a thing or two about heartache, personal adversity, and overcoming rebellion. Luminate is an American contemporary Christian music band from Tyler, Texas. The band members are Samuel Hancock on vocals, Cody Clark on guitar, Dustin DeLong on keys and vocals, Dusty Jakubik on bass, and Aaron Matthew on drums. The band released their debut studio album under the Sparrow Records label on January 25, 2011 called '' Come Home''. The album ''Come Home'' was nominated for the Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year at the 43rd GMA Dove Awards. The bands' second album is '' Welcome to Daylight'', which was released under the Sparrow label on August 28, 2012, and has seen chart success. The Afters
The Afters is an American Christian rock band founded by Josh Havens and Matt Fuqua. Havens and Fuqua first worked together in a Starbucks coffee shop in Mesquite, Texas, where they performed songs for customers before deciding to form a band. They were initially joined by Brad Wigg from the same Starbucks and drummer Michael Burden and performed with the name Blisse. When Burden left the band, Marc Dodd, who also worked at the Mesquite Starbucks stepped in. Hot Christian Songs is a music chart published weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine in the United States. It ranks the popularity of Christian songs using the same methodology developed for the ''Billboard'' Hot 100, the magazine's flagship songs chart, by incorporating data from the sales of downloads, streaming data, and airplay across all monitored radio stations. From its inception in June 2003 through November 2013, the Hot Christian Songs chart ranked the top songs only by overall audience impressions of songs played on contemporary Christian music radio stations. The Heatseekers charts were "Breaking and Entering" music charts issued weekly by ''Billboard'' magazine. Christopher Edmund Stevens (born November 29, 1967) is an American record producer, mix-engineer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Nashville, Tennessee. Early and personal life Stevens was born November 29, 1967, in Eugene, Oregon. He graduated from North Eugene High School and studied electronics at Lane Community College. After working as a composer for video games in the 1990s, Stevens eventually relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue songwriting and record production full-time. Stuart David Garrard (born 6 July 1963) better known by his stage name Stu G, is an English vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter. He was one third of US-based Christian contemporary music band One Sonic Society, and is writing and recording as a solo artist. He served as the lead guitarist, backing vocalist, and secondary songwriter for the rock band Delirious? from 1994 until 2009. His song writing credits for the band include "Come Like You Promise", "Metamorphis", and "Pursuit of Happiness".
