Caraș-Severin () is a county ( județ) of Romania on the border with Serbia. The Karaš (in Serbian, also Cyrillic: Караш) or Caraș (in Romanian) is a long river in the Banat region of Vojvodina, Serbia and Romania and a left tributary of the Danube. The Semenic-Caraș Gorge National Park () is a protected area (national park category II IUCN) situated in southwest Romania, in Caraș-Severin County.
