Colorado Golf Club
Colorado Golf Club is a golf club located in Parker, Colorado, southeast of Denver. Opened in 2007, it hosted the Senior PGA Championship in 2010, won by Tom Lehman. It also hosted the Solheim Cup in 2013, a biennial ladies team competition contested by teams from the United States and Europe. The championship golf course was designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and plays off the back tees to a par of 72. Parker is a home rule municipality in Douglas County, Colorado, United States. As a self-declared "town" under the home rule statutes, Parker is the second most populous town in the county; Castle Rock is the most populous (the community of Highlands Ranch, with a population of over 100,000, is an unincorporated CDP). Senior PGA Championship
The Senior PGA Championship, established in 1937, is the oldest of the five major championships in men's senior golf. It is administered by the Professional Golfers' Association of America and is recognized as a major championship by both PGA Tour Champions and the European Senior Tour.
