Kandy (, ; , ) is a major city located in the Central Province, Sri Lanka, Central Province of Sri Lanka. Bandarawela Railway Station
Bandarawela railway station is the 71st and eighth last railway station on the Main Line, and is away from Colombo. It is located above mean sea level and from the centre of Badulla, the capital city of Uva Province. All the trains that run on the Main Line, including the Podi Menike and Udarata Menike express trains stop at the station. The construction of the railway line between Haputale and Bandarawela commenced in 1887 but it wasn't until 1893 that work on the line was completed. The first train arriving at the station on 19 June 1893. Bandarawela was the terminus of the Main Line until the line was extended to Badulla in 1924. Haputale
Haputale (; ) is a town of Badulla District in the Uva Province, Sri Lanka, governed by an Urban Council. The elevation is 1431 m (4695 ft) above the sea level. The area has a rich bio-diversity dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. Haputale is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. Nanu Oya Railway Station
The Nanu Oya List of railway stations in Sri Lanka by line#Kandy to Badulla, railway station is the 63rd station on the Main Line (Sri Lanka), Main Line, and is away from Colombo Fort Station, Colombo. All trains including Podi Menike and Udarata Menike express trains service the station. The station was a junction and branching point for the Udupussallawa railway, Udupussallawa narrow gauge railway line connecting Nanu Oya with Ragala via Nuwara Eliya. Hatton Railway Station (Sri Lanka)
Hatton Station is a railway station on the Main (Colombo-Badulla) railway line in Sri Lanka. It is situated between Rozella and Kotagala railway stations. It is along the railway line from the Colombo Fort Railway Station at an elevation of about above sea level. The Hatton railway station was opened on 4 June 1884 when the main line was extended from Nawalapitiya to Hatton.
