A content house, or also known as a collab house, creator house, content collective or influencer group, is a residential property which is most commonly used by Internet celebrity, internet celebrities, Influencer, social media influencers or content creators in order to provide a focus on creating content for social media platforms, such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The Sway House, also known as Sway LA or simply Sway, was a TikTok content house, consisting of influencers and internet personalities who resided together to produce content.
