Club Football
This is a list of post-secondary colleges and universities that have club football teams. Operating independently of their colleges' athletics programs, these teams are typically administered, coached, and played by students. In addition to playing other club teams, they play against institution-supported football programs at the college, community college, and collegiate prep school level. The vast majority of such schools are in the NCAA. Several teams in the club football circuits are from colleges that belong to the NJCAA, the equivalent sanctioning body for two-year institutions; four club teams in Canada belong to The Atlantic Football League in the Maritime Provinces of Canada; and there is at least one independent amateur squad, the Southwestern Connecticut Grizzlies, that plays in a collegiate club football circuit. Sports Club
A sports club or sporting club, sometimes an athletics club or sports society or sports association, is a group of people formed for the purpose of playing sports. Sports clubs range from organisations whose members play together, unpaid, and may play other similar clubs on occasion, watched mostly by family and friends, to large commercial organisations with professional players which have teams that regularly compete against those of other clubs and sometimes attract very large crowds of paying spectators. Clubs may be dedicated to a single sport or to several (multi-sport clubs). The term "athletics club" is sometimes used for a general sports club, rather than one dedicated to athletics proper. Chattahoochee Technical College
Chattahoochee Technical College (Chattahoochee Tech, CTC, or Chatt Tech) is a Public college, public technical school, technical college in the U.S. state of Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia. It is governed by the Technical College System of Georgia and has eight campuses in the north-northwest metro Atlanta, metro-Atlanta area, and another just outside the region. Old Dominion University
Old Dominion University (ODU) is a Public university, public research university in Norfolk, Virginia, United States. Established in 1930 as the two-year Norfolk Division of the College of William & Mary, it began by educating people with fewer financial assets in the Norfolk, Virginia, Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Virginia, Virginia Beach area of the Hampton Roads region. New Orleans Privateers
The New Orleans Privateers are the intercollegiate athletic teams of the University of New Orleans (also known locally as UNO), located in the Lake Terrace/Lake Oaks neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. The Privateers compete in NCAA intercollegiate athletics as a member of the Southland Conference at the Division I level. Lake Erie College is a Private university, private liberal arts college in Painesville, Ohio. Founded in 1856 as a female seminary, the college converted to a coeducational institution in 1985. King University
King University is a Presbyterian-affiliated private university in Bristol, Tennessee, United States. Founded in 1867, King is independently governed with covenant affiliations to the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC). History In April 1866, the Holston Presbytery assembled at the old Pleasant Grove Church in Bristol, Tenn., to establish a Christian college. Kennesaw State University
Kennesaw State University (KSU) is a public research university in the U.S. state of Georgia with two campuses in the Atlanta metropolitan area, one in the Kennesaw area and the other in Marietta on a combined of land.
