Cloudkicker
Cloudkicker is an American post-rock/post-metal musical project based in Columbus, Ohio, created by guitarist Ben Sharp. Sharp, a commercial airline pilot, does not pursue Cloudkicker as a full-time project; he releases his music as "pay what you want" under the Creative Commons license through Bandcamp. Sharp composes, records and engineers all his music by himself; while he originally intended a studio-only project due to his distaste for touring, Sharp performed a short tour in 2014 with Intronaut (who acted as his backing band) and Tesseract (band), Tesseract. Sharp announced a new side project with Gospel (band), Gospel's Vinny Roseboom named The Supervoid Choral Ensemble in 2023. Intronaut
Intronaut is an American progressive metal band from Los Angeles, California, that incorporates complex polyrhythms, progressive rock, and jazz. History Intronaut formed in 2004, and their initial line-up included guitarist/vocalist Sacha Dunable, guitarist/vocalist Leon del Muerte, drummer Danny Walker, and bassist Joe Lester. In 2005, Intronaut released a four-track demo entitled '' Null – Demonstration Extended Play Compact Disc''. They signed to Goodfellow Records in October and recorded ''Void'' in early April 2006 at Shiva Industries in Santa Ana, California with producer John Haddad. ''Void'' represented the first songwriting effort featuring the band as a whole, as Dunable had written much of the material for ''Null'' prior to the other members joining the band. Gospel is an American hardcore punk band. The band was formed in 2003 in Brooklyn, New York by guitarist/vocalist Adam Dooling, bassist Sean Miller and drummer Vincent Roseboom, with keyboardist/guitarist Johnathan Pastir joining the band in 2004. Gospel's debut album, '' The Moon Is a Dead World'', was released in 2005 to positive reviews, though the band later broke up in late 2006 due to conflicts over the band's creative direction.
