Clinton Liberty (born 4 June 1998) is an Irish actor and dancer. He is known for his role in the ITV series '' Holding'' (2022). Early life Liberty grew up in Laytown, County Meath. He is of Nigerian descent. Liberty attended Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh and then Coláiste na hInse in Bettystown. He was a member of the dance club Fit Kids/Fit Teens and danced competitively. He went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from The Lir Academy at Trinity College Dublin in 2019. Career With his background in dance, Liberty made his onscreen debut as a dancer in the 2016 coming-of-age film '' Handsome Devil''. On stage, he starred in the 2019 productions of Shakespeare's '' Much Ado About Nothing'' with the Rough Magic Theatre Company and ''The Anvil'' in Manchester, England. The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art is an Irish drama school that offers conservatory training for theatre, film and television from industry professionals. The Lir Academy is located in Dublin, Ireland, and is a part of Trinity College Dublin. The Lir is associated with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. History The Lir Academy was founded by Danielle Ryan under the Cathal Ryan Trust in 2011 in response to its parent, Trinity College, discontinuing its acting course in 2007. The Theatre Royal Waterford is a theatre located in Waterford, Ireland. History The Theatre Royal was founded as a patent theatre in 1785, with playhouse and Assembly Rooms designed by local architect John Roberts; ''As You Like It'' was the first production. The Ball Room (Large Room) opened in 1788. James Sheridan Knowles's first work, ''Leo; or, The Gipsy'', premiered at Waterford in 1810.
