Types Of Abortion Restrictions In The United States
Abortion is the termination of human pregnancy, often performed in the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. In 1973, the United States Supreme Court in ''Roe v. Wade'' recognized a constitutional right to obtain an abortion without excessive government restriction, and in 1992 the Court in '' Planned Parenthood v. Casey'' invalidated restrictions that create an undue burden on people seeking abortions. Since then, there has continued to be an abortion debate in the United States, and some states have passed laws in the form of regulation of abortions but which have the purpose or effect of restricting its provision. Plant-based beverages have been consumed for centuries, with the term "milk-like plant juices" used since the 13th century. Today they are frequently referred to as ''plant-based milk'', ''alternative milk'', ''non-dairy milk'' or ''vegan milk''. For commerce, plant-based beverages are typically packaged in containers similar and competitive to those used for dairy milk, but cannot be labeled as "milk" within the European Union. Ac ...
