Cleanse is the fourth studio album by American indie rock band Joywave. It was released February 11, 2022 through Cultco Music and Hollywood Records Hollywood Records is an American record label of the Disney Music Group. The label focuses in pop, rock, alternative, hip hop, and country genres, as well as specializing in mature recordings not suitable for the flagship Walt Disney Record .... Four singles were released prior to the album: "After Coffee", "Every Window is a Mirror", "Cyn City 2000", and "Buy American". The EP ''Every Window is a Mirror'' was also released prior to the album on June 25, 2021. It contained "After Coffee" and "Every Window is a Mirror", as well as two new songs: "Pray for the Reboot" and "The Inversion". Joywave is an American indie rock band from Rochester, New York, formed in 2010. Their lineup consists of Daniel Armbruster (vocals), Joseph Morinelli (guitar), and Paul Brenner (drums). Indie Rock
Indie rock is a Music subgenre, subgenre of rock music that originated in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand from the 1970s to the 1980s. Originally used to describe independent record labels, the term became associated with the music they produced and was initially used interchangeably with alternative rock or "Pop rock, guitar pop rock".
