Claudio Villalba
Claudio Emmanuel Villalba (born 22 August 1982) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a defender. Career Between 2004 and 2006, Villalba played for Textil Mandiyú of Torneo Argentino B and Candelaria of Torneo Argentino A and made a total of thirty-three appearances and scored two goals. In 2009, Villalba began featuring for Primera B Metropolitana side Temperley. Having featured in five matches, the defender left to join fellow third tier team Deportivo Armenio. He remained for three campaigns, culminating with seventeen games in 2012–13 as they placed eighth. After another spell in Primera B Metropolitana with Comunicaciones, Villalba had stints with Justo José de Urquiza and Juventud Unida Universitario. Villalba spent time with Cañuelas and San Jorge in early 2016, prior to agreeing terms with Tristán Suárez later that year on 30 June. Torneo Federal B was one of two leagues that form the fourth level of the Argentine football league system, made up of 100+ teams playing within eight regional zones across Argentina. The Torneo Federal A () is one of the two professional leagues that form the regionalised third level of the Argentine football league system, along with Primera B Metropolitana. The competition was established in 2014 as a result of a change in the structure of the league system, replacing Torneo Argentino A. Federal A is organised by "Consejo Federal", a division of the Argentine Football Association. Clubs in Federal A have indirect membership in AFA unlike clubs in Primera B, which have direct membership. All teams with indirect membership are from outside the city of Buenos Aires (playing in regional leagues) and its metropolitan area (Greater Buenos Aires), while most of the direct members are from the aforementioned area. The 2015, was the 2º Torneo Federal A season since it became part of the third tier of the Argentine football league system. The tournament is reserved for teams indirectly affiliated to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA), while teams affiliated to AFA have to play the Primera B Metropolitana, which is the other third tier competition. The champion will be promoted to Primera B Nacional. 40 teams competed. The regular season began on March 20 and ended on December 10. Format First stage The teams were divided into four zones with ten teams (a total of 40 teams) in each zone and it was played in a round-robin tournament. The 2013-14 season, is the 28º Primera B Metropolitana season since it became part of the third tier of the Argentine football league system, and its 79º season overall. The tournament is reserved for teams directly affiliated to the Asociación del Fútbol Argentino (AFA), while teams affiliated to AFA through local leagues (known as "indirectly affiliated to AFA") have to play the Torneo Argentino A, which is the other third tier competition. The regular season began on August 2, 2013 and is scheduled to end on May 31, 2014.
