Claire Rattée
Claire Rattée is a Canadian politician who has been serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (MLA) since 2024. She is a member of the Conservative Party of British Columbia representing the electoral district of Skeena. Early life and career Rattée was born and raised in Delta and moved north to Kitimat, British Columbia at 19 years old in 2011. During her time in the Lower Mainland, she experienced a period of addiction and homelessness eventually recovering and receiving assistance through a treatment facility. Since moving to Kitimat, she has worked as a tattoo artist and co-owner of Arcane Arts Inc. in Kitimat for over 13 years. On top of her private sector experience, she served as a Kitimat city councillor from 2014 to 2018. The Conservative Party of British Columbia, commonly known as the BC Conservatives and colloquially known as the Tories, is a provincial political party in British Columbia, Canada. Taylor Bachrach
Taylor Bachrach (born 1978) is a Canadian politician and businessman who served as the member of Parliament (MP) representing the riding of Skeena—Bulkley Valley in the House of Commons from 2019 to 2025 as a member of the New Democratic Party. Prior to federal politics, he served as the mayor of Smithers from 2011 to 2019 and municipal councilor in the village of Telkwa from 2008 to 2011. Political Career Bachrach's started his political career in the village of Telkwa where be became a municipal councilor in 2008 and later went on to become the mayor of Smithers in 2011. He served as mayor until 2019, winning reelection twice, before his turning his career into federal politics.
