Fredrik Claesson
Fredrik Claesson (born 24 November 1992), is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for HC CSKA Moscow in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the fifth round (126th overall) of the 2011 NHL draft. Playing career Claesson began playing hockey in Haninge HC, and later moved on to Hammarby IF, to play in Hammarby's youth organization. He also made two appearances in the club's senior team in the Swedish second division league HockeyAllsvenskan, during the 2007–08 season. Claesson moved to Stockholm rival Djurgården for the 2008–09, where he played in Djurgården's J18 and J20 teams. He also represented team Stockholm at the 2008 TV-pucken. Johan Claesson (born August 12, 1981, in Uppsala) is a retired Swedish footballer who last played for IK Sirius in the Swedish Division 1 Norra. Career Sweden Claesson began his career as part of the youth team at Hagby IK, before moving to IK Sirius, where he played until 2005. Claesson moved to Gefle IF in 2005, and spent four years with the team. Lieutenant General Leif ''Michael'' Claesson (born 1 March 1965) is a Swedish Army officer. He served as the Chief of Policy and Plans Department in the Defence Staff from 2018 to 2020. Claesson currently serves av Chief of Joint Operations. Early life Claesson was born on 1 March 1965 in Jönköping and grew up in Bankeryd, where he lived until he commenced his military service in 1984. Career He did his military service as a company commander operating Stridsvagn 103 tanks in the Norrbotten Armoured Battalion (I 19/P 5) in Boden from 4 June 1984 to 31 August 1985. Stig Claesson
John Stig Claesson (2 June 1928 – 4 January 2008), also known under his signature Slas, was a Swedish writer, visual artist, and illustrator. Claesson was born on 2 June 1928 in Huddinge, south of Stockholm. He attended the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts between 1947 and 1952, during which time he began to illustrate Swedish literature such as the novels of Per Anders Fogelström. Claesson is the father of actor Leif Claesson. His son, artist Nils Claesson, published a revealing portrait of his father in the book ''Blåbärsmaskinen'' (The Blueberry Machine, 2009) which was much discussed in Sweden on its publication. Stig Claesson died on 4 January 2008 in Stockholm. Career Claesson debuted in his writing career in 1956, when he was 28 years of age. During his career Claesson published more than 80 books.
