City Stadium (Molodechno)
City Stadium () is a multi-use stadium in Maladzyechna (Molodechno), Belarus. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Molodechno-DYuSSh-4. The stadium holds 4,800 spectators. History The stadium was opened in 1946 and has been used by a local club FC Molodechno ever since. It was known as Metallurg Stadium until 1993, before being renamed to City Stadium. Between 2006 and 2008 it was a home venue for Lokomotiv Minsk and in 2015 it was used by Islach Minsk Raion. International use Over the years the City Stadium has been used as an occasional home venue for Belarus national under-21 team and Belarus women's national team. Maladzyechna
Maladzyechna, or Molodechno, is a town in Minsk Region, Belarus. It serves as the administrative centre of Maladzyechna District (and formerly of Molodechno Region from 1944 to 1960). Maladzyechna is located northwest of Minsk. In 2006, it had an estimated population of 98,514 inhabitants. As of 2025, it has a population of 88,290. Located on the Usha River, it has been a settlement since 1388 when it was part of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. It was also home to the Cold War facility Maladzyechna air base. History Early history The fortification on the right bank of the was first mentioned in 1388, although it is probable it was erected even before that date. FC Isloch Minsk Raion
FC Isloch Minsk Raion or Islach (; ) is a Belarusian football club based in Minsk, although it officially represents Minsk Raion and is named after the Islach River. History The team was founded in 2007 as an amateur club. From 2007 until 2011, it played in the Minsk Oblast championship. Belarus National Under-21 Football Team
The Belarus national under-21 football team is the national under-21 football team of Belarus and is controlled by the Football Federation of Belarus. The team competed in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship, held every two years. History The team qualified for the final round of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship three times. In 2004 in Germany and 2009 in Sweden the team was unable to advance past group stage. In 2011 at U21 Euro in Denmark they advanced to semifinal with only one win (against Iceland) and two losses (against Denmark and Switzerland) and having better 3-way head-to-head record against Iceland and Denmark (as all three teams had identical overall results).
