''Citizen: My Life After the White House'' is the second volume of memoirs by former president of the United States Bill Clinton. It was published on 19 November 2024. William Jefferson Clinton (né Blythe III; born August 19, 1946) is an American politician and lawyer who was the 42nd president of the United States from 1993 to 2001. A member of the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party, he previously served as the attorney general of Arkansas from 1977 to 1979 and as the governor of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981, and again from 1983 to 1992. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures.
