Carlos Patricio Cisternas Tobar (born 27 September 1985) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a midfielder. Jonathan Cisternas
Jonathan Josué Cisternas Fernández (born 16 June 1980) is a Chilean football manager and former footballer who played as midfielder. He is the current fitness coach of Cobreloa. Club career Cisternas started in Deportes Concepción, which was where he stepped up to play for the Copa Libertadores in 2001, his career ended when his team were acquired in 2003 by Cobreloa, his career was even more successful because he won a double in 2003, and a Clausura tournament in 2004 and 2006. María Soledad Cisternas
María Soledad Cisternas Reyes (born November 4, 1959) is a Chilean lawyer and Disability rights movement, disability rights activist. Cisternas, who became blind while she was in college has worked to increase access for Disability, people with disabilities in Chile and at the United Nations (UN). She was on the committee that drafted the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and served as the chairperson on the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. In 2017, Cisternas was appointed the Special Envoy on Disability and Accessibility for the UN. Biography Cisternas was born on November 4, 1959, in Santiago. Cisternas was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa at the age of fourteen. She attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile where she studied Legal Sciences and earned a master's degree in Political science, Political Science.
