Overview Circle City Prep, also known as Circle City Preparatory School and/or CCP is a tuition-free, college-preparatory public charter school located on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis, Indiana. Serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade, Circle City Prep is committed to ensuring all scholars become ambitious, powerful learners and responsible, positive leaders prepared for college and a life of opportunity. The school was founded in August 2017 by Megan Murphy.
