Cimicoxib (UR-8880 trade name Cimalgex) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used in veterinary medicine to treat dogs for pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and for the management of pain and inflammation associated with surgery.
