The Center for International Media Assistance (CIMA) is an initiative of the National Endowment for Democracy in the United States. CIMA works to improve the development of independent media worldwide while working to strengthen the support for such development. Ilhéu De Cima
Ilhéu de Cima is an uninhabited island of Cape Verde. It is part of the Ilhéus do Rombo islet group, located east of Ilhéu Grande, the other main islet of the group, and northeast of the island Brava. They are administratively a part of the Brava municipality. Surrounding islets include Ilhéu Luiz Carneiro, Ilhéu Sapado, and Ilhéu do Rei. The island is part of the integral nature reserve ''Ilhéus do Rombo'', famous for its seabird colonies. The southern part of the islet is the highest, culminating at . This is where the Ilhéu de Cima Lighthouse is situated, the only building on the island. The islet was mentioned as "Ghuay" in the 1747 map by Jacques-Nicolas Bellin. CIMA (AM)
CIMA was a Canadian AM radio station located in Vancouver, British Columbia from 1986 to 1992 . History CIMA signed on for the first time as CIOF on September 2, 1986. The station offered an adult contemporary format and was originally owned by Don Hamilton. Over the course of the station's six-year history, the format changed from AC to Top 40 to active rock to Top 40 to AC and finally on adult standards. In 1992, the CRTC authorized Western World Communications (the owners of CKST 800) to buy CIMA. Under the request of Western World Communications, CIMA would sign off and CKST would be free to use CIMA's former frequencies and move their transmitters to CIMA's. is a 13-episode anime OVA series set in the Gundam universe. The first volume containing two 30-minute episodes was released in Japan on May 23, 1991. Subsequent volumes, containing one 30-minute episode each, followed every one or two months; the final volume went on sale on September 24, 1992. The series was directed by Mitsuko Kase (episodes 1–7) and Takashi Imanishi (episodes 8–13). Cima (Spanish for "Summit") is a small unincorporated community in the Mojave Desert of San Bernardino County, California, in the United States. It lies in a mountain pass on the divide between the Ivanpah Valley and the Mojave River basin, at an elevation of . The Ivanpah Mountains and Interstate 15 are to the north, the New York Mountains are to the east, and the Providence Mountains are to the south.
