Mirko Alessandrini (born January 27, 1989), known online as CiccioGamer89 or simply Ciccio, is an Italian YouTuber and streamer. He joined YouTube on July 8, 2012, and his channel gained over three million subscribers, making him the 40th most-subscribed Italian YouTuber. In his channel he mainly posts gameplay videos, but he also created a series of cooking videos called ''"In cucina con Ciccio"'' and several videos dedicated to his weight loss journey. He has opened multiple burger restaurants in Italy. Early life Alessandrini was born in Rome, Italy, to poor family. When he was young he worked as a porter and baker. Internet career Beginning (2012–2015) Alessandrini originally registered a YouTube account in the early 2010s, but after reaching 1000 subscribers, YouTube closed his channel. With over six million subscribers and four billion views, Ostuni has been described as one of the most popular YouTubers in Italy. Life and career Internet career and milestones Ostuni was born in Mappano, Turin, and took a computer course at ITIS Carlo Grassi. In 2007, he created his first YouTube channel called "lory60056", taking inspiration from his real name, Lorenzo. In 2011, he and two friends began a YouTube channel called "TheSharedGaming". Although they typically played First-person shooter, first-person shooters, Ostuni did a video playing the Indie game, indie horror ''Slender: The Eight Pages'' (2012). This video's popularity spurred him to create a solo channel named "FavijTV" on 9 December 2012, with more of a focus on indie games.
