Ciarán Mullan
Ciarán Mullan (22 March 1984) is a Gaelic footballer who plays for the Derry county team, with whom he has won a National League title. He plays his club football for St Matthew's Drumsurn. He plays in the forward line for both club and county. Football career Inter-county Mullan was part of the Derry Minor side that won the 2002 Ulster Minor and All-Ireland Minor Championships. He was a member of the Derry Under 21 team that finished runners-up in the 2004 Ulster Under 21 Championship. He made his Derry Senior debut in 2004, but did not make his Championship debut until Round 2 of the Qualifiers against Kildare in July 2006. Mullan missed most of the 2007 season, due to being in the United States, but has returned for the 2008 campaign. He helped Derry reach the 2008 Dr McKenna Cup final, where they were defeated by Down. He was part of the Derry team that won the 2008 National League where Derry beat Kerry in the final. Drumsurn GAC
Saint Matthew's Gaelic Athletic Club () is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Drumsurn, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The club is affiliated to Derry GAA and currently competes in gaelic football and camogie. Underage teams up to U-12s play in North Derry league and championships, from U-14 upwards teams compete in All-Derry competitions. Drumsurn fields Gaelic football teams at U-8, U-10, U-12, U-14 and Senior levels. They currently compete in the Derry Intermediate Championship and Division 1B of the Derry Senior ACFL. The U-16 and Minor teams are amalgamated with Drum and play as St Patrick's. The Kildare county football team represents Kildare in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Kildare GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Leinster Senior Football Championship and the National Football League. Drumsurn () is a small village and townland in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. It is southeast of Limavady and northeast of Dungiven. It lies in the Roe Valley, at the foot of Donald's Hill and at the edge of the Sperrins. Drumsurn had a population of 495 people in the 2021 Census. It is situated within Causeway Coast and Glens district.
