NTV is a Kenyan general entertainment channel. The channel began operating on April 4, 2005, and is a revamp from the previous Nation TV station under the Nation Media Group arm that has been in existence since 1999. It is a popular TV Station in Kenya along with Citizen TV, Kenya Television Network, Kenya Broadcasting Corporation among other Kenyan broadcasting channels. Youtube In September 2007, NTV went online with its content on YouTube. Within the first month it received over 325,000 views, three honors, and an average of 4,000 views for every video uploaded. Eunice Wanjiru Njoki (born 18 September 1993), known as Mammito, is a Kenyan stand-up comedian, actress, writer and an mcee. She grew up in the slums of Kibera. Early life and education Mammito was born in Nairobi on September 18, 1993. She has never been able to know her father, and she does not know how it feels to have a father figure. Her mother Nancy Njoki, a seamstress raised her single handed. She grew up in the slums of Kibera. She attended Laini Saba for primary education. Getting a meal alone, in these slums was quite a struggle. Because life in the slums was challenging, her mother was a strict disciplinarian and did not allow her to play with the neighbour's children. ''Auntie Boss!'' is a Kenyan comedy-drama television series. It delves into the lives of domestic house helps in the fictional Taifa Estate (Loresho Ridge Estate) and their everyday drama as it revolves around families they work for and activities within the neighbourhood. It reflects the normal Kenyan culture about relationships the house helps have with their bosses. The story also features a lifestyle of the upper middle class in Kenyan society. Production The comedy featured an ensemble cast of Nyce Wanjeri, Sandra Dacha, Sospeetah Kiritu, Abdul Karim Athman, Eve D' Souza, Grace Muna and Maqbul Mohammed.
