Chui Mosque
The Chui Mosque () is a mosque in Chuí, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. History The construction of the mosque started in 2007. However, half way it was halted due to economical crisis. , it was reported that the mosque is open for services, despite the work on the mosque incomplete. The mosque can accommodate up to 150 worshippers in its main prayer hall. It is divided into two floors where the ground floor is for male patrons and the upper floor is for female. Chuí
Chuí () is a municipality located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It is the southernmost town of Brazil, located at latitude 33°41′0″S. A border town, it shares its name with sister city Chuy, Uruguay. The two towns constitute one contiguous urban area, divided by a border street called ''Avenida Internacional'', called ''Avenida Uruguai'' in Brazil, a situation also seen in a few other Brazilian border points, such as between Santana do Livramento (Brazil) and Rivera (Uruguay).
