Chuda Mani Upadhaya Regmi () is a Nepalese writer and Linguistics, linguist. He has published multiple books related to Nepali language. Early life and education Regmi was born on 11 March 1937 (29 Chaitra 1993) in Wana, Nepal, Wana, Sankhuwasabha District, Sankhuwasabha district in eastern region of Nepal to father Pitambar Regmi and mother Khileswari Devi. He completed his schooling in Sanskrit language. For his IA degree in Varanasi, Benaras, he continued his Sanskrit studies and studied BA at Mahendra College in Biratnagar. Literary career In 1968, he published the ''Nepali Bhashako Utpatti.'' Regmi, Satya Mohan Joshi, Pradip Rimal, Bihari Krishna Shrestha, and Sthirjunga Bahadur published ''Karnali Lok Sanskriti'' which won the Madan Puraskar, Nepal's highest literary honour. Panchkhapan () is an urban municipality out of five urban municipalities of Sankhuwasabha District in Koshi Province of Nepal. It lies on 87°12'12" E to 87°26'45" E Longitude and 27°17'37.4" N to 27°24'38" N Latitude. Narayan Prasad Rajbhandari (; 21 July 1931 – 16 October 2023), professionally known as Chittaranjan Nepali, was a Nepalese writer and historian. He received the first ever Madan Puraskar for '' Janaral Bhimsen Thapa Ra Tatkalin Nepal'', a biographical book on the life of prime minister Bhimsen Thapa. He wrote in Nepali as well as Nepalbhasa.
